Mediation provides a neutral and independent platform where two or more conflicting parties can meet. It is basically voluntary and requires the consent of all parties.
We offer you such a platform. Of course we work strictly confidentially. Also, we can only accept a mandate if we do not combine personal interests with a solution.
Mediation is usually done in these steps:
- Together we work out the rules and guidelines. For example, the timeframe and consequences of not agreeing are regulated.
- The conflicting parties put all their interests on the table.
- Possible solutions are worked out together and divided into variations. Each variation will be measured.
- If a solution is achieved, we will create a binding agreement to implement it.
